About Me

Who am I?

Originally from the United States, I’ve been traveling for over two years now. My travels began in May of 2017, just after my college graduation. I started with a short trip to Europe before going down to Brazil to volunteer in a favela for six months. Six months eventually turned into ten as I fell in love with the amazing group of kids I was working with. In February 2018, I left Brazil for another project in Mexico where I have been for the last year (with a two month break in the middle of that). At the moment, I am still in Mexico and plan to stick around here for a while. Over the summer of 2018, I took a two month break from the work I was doing in Mexico to run across the United States and will be doing so again in the summer of 2019.

Some of my hobbies include running, photography and anything that falls under the headline of “adventure.” These days, you can mainly find me running in my free time or hiking nearby volcanoes on my days off.
